Job Title: Delivery Associate

We're seeking a skilled professional to manage day-to-day operations, deliver projects within tight constraints, and build networks of freelancers and industry experts. As a key player in our team, you will maintain quality and ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee academic delivery, including project feedback, doubt resolution, live sessions, mentoring, and vendor management.
  • Deliver projects and products within timeline, resource, and quality constraints.
  • Create and sustain a network of professional freelancers and industry experts for grading, conducting live sessions, mentorship, etc.
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Collaborate with cross-discipline team members to ensure stakeholders meet project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Prepare status/weekly reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Work with the Technology team to automate dashboards, analyze, and interpret data.

Requirements:

  • Ability to deliver projects and products within timeline, quality, and resource constraints.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, MS Excel is essential.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks independently.
  • Strong customer-focus and problem-solving attitude.
