Branch Operations Manager Job Description

As a Branch Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our branch. This includes coordinating and integrating all functions and services, implementing systems for efficient operations, and monitoring performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction through effective service recovery.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure seamless integration of functions and services.
  • Implement operational efficiency measures to improve performance.
  • Handle crisis situations effectively.
Fleet Management:
  • Manage fleet administration to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor fleet allocation to clients to meet their requirements.
  • Ensure fleet has necessary accessories as per company policy.
  • Maintain optimal chauffeur-to-fleet ratio.
Sales & Servicing:
  • Develop new business opportunities and increase sales from existing clients.
  • Collect and analyze market and performance data.
  • Meet set targets and budgets.
  • Resolve major customer complaints efficiently.
Finances:
  • Prepare annual budget for the branch.
  • Monitor fund flow and practice expense control.
  • Manage receivables effectively.
  • Ensure statutory compliance.
  • Provide regular MIS reports to the Corporate office.
HR & Administrative:
  • Oversee branch administration to ensure efficiency.
  • Ensure Customer Service and Drivers team is adequately staffed.
  • Appraise team members to monitor their performance.
  • Implement and monitor statutory compliance.
  • Maintain ISO standards.
  • Manage contractual employees effectively.
