Senior Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Team Lead to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and driving operational efficiency across various teams.

  • Job Description:

  • The Senior Team Lead will be responsible for developing expertise in different client offerings and workstations within areas like Fixed Income Analytics, Risk, Returns, etc. This includes independently supporting client queries, such as Fixed Income analytics, Returns, Terms and Conditions of Fixed Income instruments, etc.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an SME in end-to-end Services operations support for clients, including workflows, data validation, and other processes ensuring daily deliverables are met.

  • Partner with Regional and Global Leads, Managers, Director of Operations, and Stakeholders:

  • Effectively manage initiatives, drive operational efficiency focusing on consistency between global teams, and regularly present KPIs and key goals for the team.

  • Lead Projects:

  • Efficiently lead projects that adhere to standards and continuous operations improvements.

  • Point of Contact:

  • Act as a point of contact during shifts and be resourceful to support the team and stakeholders.

  • Team Management:

  • Lead a team of minimum 7 members.

  • Eligibility Criteria:

  • A Postgraduate in MBA-Finance with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

  • Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Experience:

  • Experience in building effective business relationships with cross-functional/geographical teams.

  • Familiarity:

  • Familiarity of Fixed Income products (Rates, Bonds, Credit, Foreign Exchange, Commodities) is required.

  • Adaptability:

  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization.

  • Work Arrangement:

  • Flexible to work in a hybrid model.
