AEM Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) developer to join our team. As an AEM developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing digital solutions using AEM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom AEM components, templates, and layouts
  • Implement AEM core concepts, such as Sling, JCR, OSGi, Sightly/HTL
  • Develop proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and SPA frameworks
  • Solid grasp of back-end practices, including Sling Models, Custom Services, AEM Dispatcher rules
  • Experience with Adobe Target: activity creation, audience targeting, reporting and optimization
  • Hands-on experience with AEM Forms: adaptive forms, form data models, workflows
  • Familiarity with AEM Cloud Service architecture and CI/CD pipelines
  • Understanding of web security, including CSP, input validation, and authentication protocols
  • Strong debugging skills and performance optimization mindset

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of hands-on AEM development experience
  • Expertise in AEM Core Concepts: Sling, JCR, OSGi, Sightly/HTL
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and SPA frameworks
