Job Title: Chief Financial Director

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Function: Finance & Accounting

About the Role

This is a high-growth, tech-driven opportunity to lead finance at a leading construction platform. You will work closely with founders and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Own the integrity of financial statements, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows. Ensure timely and accurate month-end/year-end closing and reporting.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Strengthen internal financial controls, risk management, and compliance. Oversee implementation of robust accounting practices and ERP systems.
  • Strategic Finance & Business Planning: Lead long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, growth plans, and capital allocation.
  • Fundraising & Investor Relations: Support equity and debt fundraising efforts. Build investor confidence through transparent and timely reporting.

Requirements

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in finance, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong background in finance controllership and compliance
  • Proven experience in high-growth start-ups, construction, real estate, or tech industries
  • Solid understanding of Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, tax laws, and audit practices
  • Hands-on experience with ERPs, MIS, and business finance tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
