Key Role: Senior .NET Developer for US Healthcare

About the Position

This is a high-visibility opportunity for a seasoned developer who loves to code and contribute to impactful solutions in the US healthcare domain.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced senior .NET developer with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive the development and enhancement of Payment Integrity applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, code, and enhance enterprise-grade .NET applications.
  • Work with modern technologies: C#, .NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, SQL Server, Azure (Functions, PaaS, DevOps), Microservices, Angular/React.
  • Mentor a small team while staying hands-on in development.
  • Partner with healthcare clients to understand business needs and deliver scalable Payment Integrity solutions.
  • Oversight of the end-to-end SDLC ensuring performance, compliance, and security standards.

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of experience in Microsoft .NET technologies with strong coding skills.
  • Proven experience in Payment Integrity (preferred) or US Healthcare applications (Claims / RCM).
  • Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services, SQL optimization, and Microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with UI frameworks (Angular / React).
  • Able to balance individual contribution (60–70%) with team and client management responsibilities.
  • Passion for solving complex problems and delivering healthcare solutions at scale.
