As a seasoned professional, you will drive growth and expansion in existing client engagements across various industries. Your role will involve strategizing and delivering process and technology transformational initiatives via consulting skills.

Your key responsibilities will include providing thought leadership, delivering business value to clients by developing reusable assets in the process.

  • You will develop innovative solutions using digital and emerging technologies to address client problems.
  • You will contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and influencing downstream projects.

This position requires direct experience gained within the continuous manufacturing industry and/or a consulting firm. Demonstrable subject matter expertise in relevant functions/client base is essential.

You should possess formal project management techniques (budgeting, planning, risk management) and be skilled in business value-led approaches. Additionally, you should be action-oriented and willing to take ownership of tasks.

The ideal candidate will have technical exposure to enterprise systems and be able to build relationships with clients at all levels, especially at the Program & Business Leadership levels.

Desired skillset for this role includes work experience and knowledge in product development process areas in continuous manufacturing industry (BoM Management, Configuration Management etc.), in-depth knowledge in manufacturing value chain processes, industry trends, and enabling technologies.

Technical expertise and hands-on experience in one or more Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools are also required.

Apart from these, understanding of Enterprise technologies like PLM, ERP, etc. and hands-on experience in any of the PLM/CAD/Engineering tools are must-haves.

This position also involves providing subject matter expertise to front office client engagements, advising clients on best-of-breed solutions from process and technology standpoint, leading and helping shape solution approaches and design, ensuring delivery oversight and governance.

You will execute large-scale transformational engagements from Leadership perspective and/or SME perspective, providing business value leadership to engagements via consulting skills, and providing program management leadership or guidance for large-scale programs.
