Job Description

This role is part of our Bengaluru office team. As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Driving execution of the business-analytics roadmap, demonstrating techno-functional consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.
  2. Leading client workshops to articulate broad vision and ambiguous business problems.
  3. Defining business problems concisely, consolidating findings, and hypothesizing proposed solutions.
  4. Presenting solutions convincingly to customers and independently questioning them when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Business consulting experience, preferably around FP&A and Zero Base Budgeting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving analytical skills with creativity and logical thought.
  • Able to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.
  • Experience in strategy and business/technology consulting roles, conversant with process improvement, cost optimization, customer analytics, and experience management.
