
Strategic Business Partner for High-Growth Initiatives

BiteSpeed is a SaaS startup building an AI-native Marketing, Support & Sales suite for e-commerce brands.
This is an intense, always-on, high-impact role that involves solving cross-functional problems without clear owners.
- Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners — bring clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales to maximise revenue through initiatives like identifying and fixing funnel leakages, shaping pricing/packaging strategies, and enabling the team with better processes and tools.
- Work closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn — through both strategic inputs and process design.
- Own and drive key partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and timely execution.
- Lead company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR, focusing on improving onboarding processes and driving org health projects.
- Support strategic hiring efforts, from workforce planning to closing key roles, especially in Sales, CS, and Ops.
- Drive revenue and capacity planning, working with the CEO and team leads to ensure resources and targets are aligned.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of early stage startup experience on the business side. They should be able to context-switch between domains without losing depth and be comfortable with early stage startup imperfections.
This role requires someone who can think strategically and execute tactically. Adaptability and the ability to make things happen are crucial.
