
Organizational Talent Strategist

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, performance management, workload analysis, leave management, and general HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to hiring.
- Conduct thorough interviews and make informed hiring recommendations.
- Collaborate with department heads on staffing needs and requirements.
- Maintain relationships with reputable recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.
- Design and implement comprehensive performance management systems.
- Facilitate regular performance reviews and goal setting.
- Coach managers on effective performance management techniques.
- Develop employee development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Address performance issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Create recognition and rewards programs to motivate employees.
- Conduct thorough workload assessments across departments.
- Analyze job roles and responsibilities for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Recommend staffing adjustments based on workload analysis.
- Monitor employee productivity and job satisfaction.
- Implement workforce planning strategies to meet business needs.
- Develop metrics to track workload distribution and allocation.
- Administer all employee leave programs (vacation, sick, FMLA).
- Ensure compliance with relevant leave regulations and policies.
- Process leave requests and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate coverage during employee absences.
- Update leave policies as needed to reflect changing business needs.
- Generate reports on leave utilization and trends.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations issues and investigations in a fair and impartial manner.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure fairness and equity.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and system functionality.
- Prepare HR reports for management to inform business decisions.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
- HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) are highly valued.
- At least 5 years of HR experience with 2+ years in management.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance principles.
- Experience with HRIS systems and software.
Skills
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, ADP).
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- HR analytics and reporting tools expertise.
- Performance management software proficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, and the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
