  • The successful candidate will also set up programs, deliver coaching, and run projects across plants.

Required Skills:

  • A good honors degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • An understanding of continuous improvement concepts, including Six Sigma, Lean, and value stream mapping.
  • Strong analytical, project, and product management skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
