Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategies to increase revenue.

- Conduct follow-up calls and meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding in addressing client concerns and objections.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance performance and productivity.
