Mid-Market BDR Lead Role

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced BDR Lead to own our outbound cold-calling motion, leading a team of 10 BDRs focused on pipeline generation for our fastest-growing segment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue by identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Owning our India mid-market new revenue targets and ensuring there's always a steady flow of quality SQLs for the AEs.
  2. Leading a team of outbound BDRs — coaching, supporting, and helping them crush their numbers.
  3. Own quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls & continuously refining our prospecting playbook — from outreach strategies & messaging to cold call scripts and flows.
  4. Tracking performance metrics, digging into the data, and using insights to tweak and improve how we operate.

Requirements:
We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 1 year managing a team of BDRs/SDRs. You should be hands-on with outbound prospecting — knowing your way around cold calls, emails, and messages, and having the wins to prove it. Additionally, you should enjoy coaching and mentoring — helping your team grow is something you genuinely care about.
