Job Description

In this pivotal role, the Account Manager will oversee a critical set of seller accounts that contribute significantly to business growth. He/She/They will cultivate strong relationships with top sellers and drive improvements in customer-facing inputs while achieving category objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Seller Relationship Management: Champion seller needs at Amazon, establish clear communication channels, set expectations, and manage towards a growth plan.
  • Growth Strategy Development: Build and execute on a strategic account plan that delivers key business opportunities for both the seller and Amazon.
  • Improvement Initiatives: Drive new product launches and relationship extensions by partnering with business development and onboarding teams.
  • Operational Excellence: Work with sellers to enhance operational aspects of their business, providing an exceptional consumer experience.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct deep analysis and provide executive-level reporting on the seller's current business and future opportunities.
Qualifications
  1. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  2. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas.
    • Experience in e-commerce.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
