Job Title: Key Network Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Network Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a dynamic environment, and have a strong analytical mindset.

Job Description:

The Key Network Facilitator will be responsible for facilitating the flow of information between different stakeholders, including Trans Carriers, Hubs, and Warehouses. This will involve resolving any potential issues that may impact customer experience and business continuity.

The successful candidate will work across two verticals – Inbound and Outbound operations. Inbound Operations deals with Vendor/Carrier/FC relationship, ensuring that freight is picked up on time and delivered at FC as per appointment. Outbound Operations deals with FC/Carrier/Carrier Hub relationship, ensuring that trucks leave the FC in order to deliver customer orders as per promise.

The Key Network Facilitator will provide timely resolution to issues by researching and querying internal tools, and taking real-time decisions. They will also analyze data, notice trends, and drive Customer Experience without compromising on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers)
  • Systematic escalation of problems or variance in information and data to relevant owners and teams, and follow through on resolutions to ensure they are delivered
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written, for creating narratives outlining weekly findings and variances to goals, and presenting these findings in review forums

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 months of work experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment

  • Graduate with Bachelor's degree
