Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis to inform strategic decisions, including monthly and annual reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth to drive profitability.
  • Prepare and manage detailed financial reports, including profit/loss statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Monitor expenses and assist with cash flow management to ensure the company's financial stability.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements to maintain a strong reputation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a startup or technology environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial tools, such as Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to drive business success.
