We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to support the end-to-end mortgage application process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process mortgage applications to ensure completeness and accuracy, while meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise directly with clients to verify information and obtain necessary documentation, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to provide updates and address inquiries.
Data Management and Compliance
  • Accurately input application details into internal systems, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Maintain and update client records within the CRM system for efficient tracking and follow-up, minimizing delays.
  • Support Case Managers by preparing comprehensive case files for underwriting decisions, facilitating timely resolutions.
Collaboration and Support
  • Partner with Mortgage Advisors to gather additional documentation or clarify details required for loan approvals, enhancing collaboration.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission and resolution of loan applications, optimizing workflows.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing client satisfaction and fostering positive relationships through proactive communication.
