We are hiring candidates for Mortgage Pre-Closing Services. Please attend the walk-in interview at Bangalore Location on September 3rd, 2025.

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a skilled professional to review loan packages and create Initial and subsequent Closing Disclosures (CDs). The successful candidate will coordinate with Title and Settlement agents to ensure an on-time closing and verify data accuracy in the CD.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Preliminary Closing Disclosure
  • Issue initial closing disclosures/re-disclosures to clients
  • Request fees from settlement agents and perform fee analysis
  • Closely monitor individual closing pipeline, workload, and volume levels for maximum efficiency
  • Create closing documents and monitor required waiting periods
  • Deliver final closing documents and clear funds
  • Review signed closing packages for accuracy
  • Provide funding authorization to Title/Escrow Agents

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent for US operations and graduation degree for India operations with 18 months of experience in preparing Initial and Final Closing documents
  • Mastery of commonly used mortgage concepts, practices, procedures, and Fannie Freddie guidelines
  • Working knowledge of Loan Origination Systems
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools
