Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to take on the challenge of managing enterprise applications and services delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with excellent knowledge of systems integration, data management, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team and handle multiple projects
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with ability to work in a matrix organization across different time zones
  • Experience in managing critical production systems, including system reliability engineering
  • Managing software development projects or delivery is a major plus
  • Working knowledge of database administration and cloud infrastructure is a plus
  • Able to quickly pick up on business/functional context of the applications and work with stakeholders to address platform level issues
  • Proven experience in managing regulatory demands and information security priorities
  • Produce quality results in high pressure situations in a dynamic environment
  • Strong negotiation skills to deal with individuals across all functional levels
  • Work with constraints and ambiguous situations
  • Gain a deep understanding of the existing technical infrastructure and own it
  • Experience in digital transformation and setting up teams to manage a cloud environment is a plus
