Your day at NTT DATA
As an Enterprise Architect at NTT DATA, you will lead the design of complex managed service solutions and drive our strategic vision for some of our largest enterprise clients. You will create blueprints for these solutions and provide clear direction to our clients, helping them make smart technology investments that align with their business goals.

You will collaborate closely with our sales team to proactively engage in the presales process with clients—conducting meetings, writing proposals, and delivering presentations that showcase our integrated solutions. Your role is pivotal in translating clients' business strategies and desired outcomes into comprehensive IT strategies and roadmaps.

By integrating services, processes, applications, and technology across various domains and geographies, you will design end-to-end solutions that meet clients' SLAs and KPIs. Your Responsibilities include developing business cases, creating roadmaps, and optimizing IT operations. You will also define architectural principles, guiding the governance and implementation of IT strategies within the organization.

Sharing your expertise, you will contribute to the knowledge base of our development and services, promote best practices, and influence current and future technology trends. Leading the integration and design of managed services, you will work on projects that span multiple domains, ensuring we deliver compelling, value-driven solutions for our clients.
To thrive in this role, you need to have:
  • Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, Managed Services, and Service Management consulting across multiple solution areas and geographies.
  • Certification in TOGAF advantageous.
  • Proficiency in translating business strategies into IT strategies and developing service transformation architectures.
  • Expertise in various IT systems and application types, with a strong understanding of enterprise application and process IT services.
  • Strong knowledge of Information Security, Quality Management principles, and DATA Modelling techniques.
  • Understanding of business processes, applications, and infrastructure architecture.
  • Experience in consulting and IT operations, ideally within a global technology services environment.
  • Ability to work closely with clients to assess needs and implement change management strategies, recognizing future business opportunities.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
