Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Capital Strategist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Align HR strategies with business objectives and drive initiatives in talent acquisition and retention
  • Advise leaders on HR functions including compensation, L&D, and employee relations
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across departments

Key Deliverables:

  • HR strategies that support business growth and talent development
  • Employee engagement and retention frameworks
  • Performance and career development programs
  • HR process improvements using HRMS tools
