Capital Markets Business Strategist

In today's fast-paced capital markets environment, effective business analysis is crucial for driving growth and success. We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Markets Business Strategist to join our team.

As a Capital Markets Business Strategist, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows within the capital markets domain. This will involve identifying areas of improvement, developing strategic plans to address these areas, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement these plans.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the capital markets industry, with a deep understanding of financial instruments, trading platforms, and market infrastructure. They will also have proven experience in conducting analysis, identifying trends, and developing strategic recommendations. Additionally, they will be able to communicate complex ideas effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows within the capital markets domain.
Develop strategic plans to address areas of improvement identified during analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement strategic plans and ensure successful outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the capital markets industry.
Deep understanding of financial instruments, trading platforms, and market infrastructure.
Proven experience in conducting analysis, identifying trends, and developing strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with trading platforms and order management systems is a plus.
