L3 Production Support Engineer: A Key Role in Modern Technology Stacks

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company as a highly skilled L3 Production Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern technology stacks, a proactive approach to resolving complex issues, minimizing system downtime, and ensuring application stability.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and technical expert for all L3 production support incidents, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues that require in-depth code and system knowledge.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and implement permanent solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Work closely with development, quality assurance, and business teams to resolve issues and deploy fixes in a timely manner.
  • Proactively monitor application health and performance using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace, identifying potential issues before they impact end-users.
  • Provide on-call support as part of a rotation schedule to ensure high availability of production systems.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes, tools, and documentation.
  • Perform database performance tuning and query optimization for both relational and NoSQL databases.
Required Skills & Qualifications

A strong proficiency in .NET Core and .NET Framework, hands-on experience with Angular 14 or a similar modern JavaScript framework, solid understanding and practical experience with Microservices architecture, deep expertise in production monitoring and observability with Splunk and Dynatrace, extensive experience with PL/SQL on MS SQL Server, and experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases are essential for this role.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary for success in this position.
  • A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
