Job Title: Critical Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated medical professional to manage critically ill patients in the ICU.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in advanced airway management, critical care procedures, and hemodynamic monitoring.
  • A strong decision-making under high-pressure situations is essential for this role.
  • Experience with ventilator management, sedation protocols, and ICU scoring systems (APACHE, SOFA) is highly desirable.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

The position requires proficiency in advanced critical care techniques, including intubation, central line insertion, and tracheostomy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage medical emergencies and critically ill patients in the ICU and emergency settings.
  • Monitor and interpret patient vitals, ventilatory parameters, and laboratory data.
  • Administer sedation, analgesia, and anesthesia as appropriate for ICU procedures.
  • Perform ICU procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, arterial lines, and tracheostomy.
  • Coordinate with other specialists and departments.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control, clinical protocols, and ICU best practices.
