Job Title: Critical Care Specialist

We are seeking experienced healthcare professionals to join our team in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • IV Infusion Setup: Set up IV lines with precision and accuracy, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
  • Treatment Administration: Administer IV infusions, regenerative injectables, and supportive therapies per established protocols.
  • Patient Monitoring: Continuously monitor patient vitals during treatments and provide immediate intervention if needed.
  • Care Delivery: Deliver premium patient experiences by maintaining a calm and reassuring demeanor.
ICU/High Dependency Responsibilities:
  • Critical Parameter Management: Confidently manage patients with critical parameters when required.
  • Post-Procedure Monitoring: Provide post-procedure monitoring and be prepared for emergencies with ICU-level readiness.
  • System Operation: Operate patient monitoring systems and escalate concerns promptly to physicians.
Documentation & Compliance:
  • Patient Records: Maintain accurate patient charts, infusion logs, and medication records in electronic medical record systems.
  • Nursing Protocols: Follow strict infection control, patient safety, and NABH-compliant nursing protocols.
Team Collaboration:
  • Interdisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate with physicians, clinical specialists, and front desk teams for seamless patient flow.
  • Continuing Education: Participate in skill-building workshops, mock drills, and continuous clinical training.
