Job Title: Client Servicing ExecutiveAbout the Position:

We are seeking an exceptional professional to serve as a key liaison between our organization and its esteemed clients. This dynamic role demands strong communication skills, ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and timely execution of deliverables.
  • Support end-to-end project management, including campaign and event coordination.
  • Foster professionalism and clarity in client meetings and communications.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet client requirements on time and to a high standard.
  • Manage social media accounts for clients – maintaining consistent, on-brand content and timely updates.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to enhance awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to elevate clients' digital and offline presence.
  • Coordinate with vendors and production teams for event-related requirements.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, marketing, or events (agency experience is advantageous).
  • Strong understanding of event management and/or production is an added asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident, articulate, and client-friendly.
  • Comfortable with field work and attending in-person meetings.
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for building strong client relationships.
