Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Specialist

What does this role entail?

This role requires an expert in compensation and benefits to design, implement, and maintain a fair and competitive total rewards program. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in compensation and benefits and be an experienced graduate in any discipline or MBA Finance/HR. They should have prior experience in people leadership, expertise in benefits portfolio management, preferably from a technology, technology-enabled, e-commerce organization or broker industries.

The successful candidate will have deep expertise in budgeting, vendor assessment, data requirement gathering, project management, and process design & governance. Strong presentation skills and communication are desirable, as well as the ability to handle large-size data in Excel. The ideal candidate must be able to conduct themselves professionally when dealing with sensitive information. Time management and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a total rewards program that attracts and retains top talent
  • Develop and maintain compensation structures that are fair and competitive
  • Manage benefits programs to ensure they meet the needs of employees
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies
  • Conduct market analysis and research to inform compensation and benefits decisions
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on compensation and benefits matters

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of experience in compensation and benefits
  • Experienced graduate in any discipline or MBA Finance/HR
