Forensic Investigation Lead

We seek a seasoned professional to conduct thorough investigations into corporate fraud, misconduct, compliance violations, security breaches, and other incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate matters of fraud, misconduct, and compliance violations using prescribed methodologies.
  • Analyze evidence and make informed conclusions and recommendations.
  • Conduct interviews with witnesses, suspects, and victims, and obtain written statements.
  • Compile investigation reports containing findings.
  • Ensure accurate and meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
  • Support management with relevant findings for disciplinary processes.
  • Conclude investigations within acceptable time limits.

Interviews and Interrogations:

  • Conduct objective and professional interviews with employees and external parties.
  • Document findings accurately and ethically.

Case Management:

  • Maintain case files and central investigations database to operational standards.
  • Attend progress meetings with management teams.
  • Provide credible information for MI's produced by the Investigation team.
  • Prepare and submit whistle-blowing reports to the Head of Department.

Qualification Requirements:

  1. Chartered Accountant or MBA (in Finance and Risk Management) degree.
  2. Professional qualification in a relevant field such as CFE.
  3. Minimum 6-10 years of professional experience with investigatory procedures and practice.
  4. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  5. Experience in handling Hot-line/Integrity & Ethics line.
  6. Expertise in investigation procedures & techniques along with relevant legal implications.
  7. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  8. Leadership and team management skills.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
