About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Investigation Manager to lead and execute high-quality, end-to-end fraud investigations across our financial services businesses.

Job Summary

The Investigation Manager will be responsible for investigating suspect and confirmed fraud cases, gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and liaising with stakeholders to drive fraud recovery and corrective action.

  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect fraud, including reviewing and updating existing policies and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into alleged or suspected fraud cases, gathering and analyzing evidence to determine the facts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including risk management, compliance, and legal teams, as well as external partners, such as law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
  • Work closely with business units to develop and implement effective fraud prevention and detection controls.
  • Maintain accurate records of all investigation activities, including interviews, surveillance, and analysis of data.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on investigation progress and findings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities in our systems and processes.
