Key Responsibilities:- Deliver strategic contract management solutions to clients using Oracle Cloud Service modules.
- Develop and implement service and supplier contract agreements, including configurable service packages, renewals, flexible billing, and entitlement processing.
- Lead end-to-end implementations designing and configuring Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management modules (contract templates, workflows, and integrations).
- Implement Oracle Project Costing, Project Contracts, and Project Billing modules with hands-on experience.
- Support PaaS and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations with knowledge and expertise.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) frameworks and develop strategies for SLA adherence.
- Work collaboratively in rotational shifts and provide on-call support as needed.
- Cultivate excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
