Job Title: Enterprise Performance Management Consultant

We are looking for a highly experienced professional to lead our enterprise performance management (EPM) efforts. As an EPM consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing Oracle EPM modules, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and Implement Oracle EPM Modules: You will be responsible for setting up and customizing Oracle EPM modules to meet the needs of our organization.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Provide Functional Expertise: You will provide expert guidance on Oracle Financials and other relevant systems.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive project deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on Experience with EPM Tools: You should have hands-on experience with leading EPM tools, including Oracle PBCS and EPBCS.
  • Strong Understanding of Financial Planning and Analysis: You should have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis principles and practices.
  • Oracle Certifications: Oracle certifications in EPM or Financials are highly desirable.
  • Business Acumen: You should have excellent business acumen and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
