We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Contract Management Associate.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and abstracting contracts to extract key terms and clauses. They will also draft basic documents, review legal documents under supervision, maintain accurate records of contracts, track and manage existing contracts, and perform other tasks assigned by the legal team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a law degree program (LL.B. or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
