Software Engineer in Digital Transformation

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge digital solutions.

Job Description:

  • Design, develop, and test software applications and services that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Work in an agile environment, iterating on software development cycles to deliver high-quality products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on large-scale applications and distributed systems.
  • Expertise in multiple programming languages, including memory management, GC, templates/generics, closures, multi-threading, sync/async execution styles, imperative, and functional programming.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Ability to design and implement efficient data structures and algorithms, considering time and space complexity.
  • Experience with SOLID, DRY design principles, design patterns, and clean code practices.
  • Proficiency in string manipulation, data/time arithmetic, collections, and generics.
  • Ability to handle failures and exceptions effectively.
  • Experience with eventing, streaming, concurrency, multi-threading, and synchronization libraries and frameworks.
  • Development skills in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (Angular, React, Vue).
  • Microservices design and implementation, including all non-functional requirements (NFRs) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD), bounded contexts.
  • Database knowledge, including relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Deployment experience, including troubleshooting and live support.
  • Security awareness and compliance with data, code, and application security policies.
  • Experience with messaging platforms, including JMS/RabbitMQ/Kafka/Tibco/Camel.
  • Mocking, stubbing, and related frameworks (Moq). Logging frameworks like Log4j, NLog, etc. Build tools like MSBuild, Maven, Gradle, Gulp, etc.
  • Containers, virtualization, proactive monitoring, alerting, dashboards, logging/monitoring solutions (Splunk, ELK, Grafana).
