**Job Title:** Digital Process Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced engineer to lead process improvement initiatives, drive operational excellence, and implement best practices across engineering processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Analyze current engineering processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute process optimization strategies.
  • Train and mentor team members on Lean Six Sigma principles and tools.
  • Drive Kaizen workshops, Design thinking workshops, and digital transformation projects.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Rich and relevant experience in Lean Domain especially for manufacturing vertical with some experience around industrial/ production processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in client relations, multiple & complex stakeholder management.
  • Strong Consulting, relationship management and facilitation skills including the ability to listen and ask the right questions to understand the business problem, analyze and provide meaningful insights.
  • Problem solving skills with analytical bent of mind.
  • Ability to multitask with aggressive deadlines.
  • Proficiency with spoken and written English.
  • Influencing, Persuasion and presentation skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt.
  • Experience in process optimization and project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and software.
