Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer and Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer and Technical Lead to lead our Salesforce development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, with experience in Vlocity, LWC, and OmniStudio.

About the Role:

  • This is a leadership position that requires technical expertise and people management skills.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • You will work closely with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture.
  • You will also be responsible for implementing integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and native connectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical leadership in Salesforce Vlocity and LWC development
  • End-to-end development of Salesforce OmniStudio solutions
  • Implementation of complex business processes
  • Integration with external systems
  • Team mentoring and coaching

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience with Vlocity
  • Hands-on expertise in Vlocity Omniscripts, Vlocity Data Raptors, Vlocity cards, Vlocity integration procedures, Lightning Web Components, and more
  • Certification in Vlocity is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
