About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Salesforce Developer
with a strong focus on
Service Cloud
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives, while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions with a primary focus on
    Service Cloud
    .
  • Build and optimize Apex classes, Lightning Components, LWC, Visualforce pages, Flows, Triggers, and Process Builders.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external applications using APIs, middleware, and standard integration patterns.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and Salesforce development standards.
  • Lead technical discussions, provide guidance, and mentor junior team members.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth and reliable platform performance.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years of total IT experience
    , with significant experience in Salesforce development.
  • Proven hands-on expertise in Service Cloud
    implementation and customization.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Flows, Triggers, and Visualforce
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    Salesforce data models, security/sharing rules, and declarative customization
    .
  • Experience in
    Salesforce integrations
    (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, etc.).
  • Familiarity with
    Agile/Scrum methodologies
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce Certifications
    highly preferred (Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, etc.).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with
    Omni-Channel, CTI integration, Knowledge Base, or Case Management
    within Service Cloud.
  • Knowledge of
    Salesforce DevOps tools
    (Gearset, Copado, Git, CI/CD).
  • Exposure to
    Salesforce Industries (Vlocity)
    or other Salesforce Clouds (Sales/Experience/Marketing Cloud).
