Salesforce Administration · - Manage user roles, profiles, and security settings. · - Perform data migrations and system health checks. Individual Contribution & Ownership · - Independently handle tasks from requirement gathering to deployment. · - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile ceremonies. Documentation & Best Practices · - Maintain technical documentation and follow coding standards. · - Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
