Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Vlocity and LWC Senior Tech Lead to lead the end-to-end development of Salesforce solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of high-quality Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic to implement complex business processes.
  • Develop scalable, reusable, and performant solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrated with Salesforce services.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture.
  • Lead integration implementation with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and native connectors.
  • Own technical delivery timelines and coordinate closely with project managers, QA, and DevOps.
  • Drive adherence to Salesforce development standards, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring secure and high-performance solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers within the team.

Requirements:

  • 8+ year experience in Vlocity and Salesforce technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Vlocity Omniscripts, Vlocity Data Raptors, Lightning Web Components, and other related technologies.
