Job Description:

The role of IT Engineer is responsible for managing, maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure.

This includes ensuring smooth delivery of end-user services and securing enterprise systems.

The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with endpoint management platforms, cloud administration, security tools and networking fundamentals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Administering and maintaining Microsoft Intune for Windows device deployment, configuration and compliance policies
  • Managing JAMF Pro for Apple macOS and iOS device provisioning, updates and security enforcement
  • Configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting web tunnel security solutions such as Zscaler
  • Administration of Microsoft Defender suite (including Vulnerability Management)
  • Administration of Microsoft Purview
  • Collaborating with the security team to ensure endpoint and network security compliance
  • Performing Microsoft Azure and AWS administration, including user and group management, security settings and integration with on-premises systems
  • Supporting Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams
  • CRM tools administration
  • Providing tier 2/3 IT support for escalated technical issues across Windows, macOS and mobile environments
