Warehouse Operations Specialist
- Key Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive testing of warehouse management system (WMS) functionalities, focusing on inbound and outbound modules. This includes receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and other related processes.
- Develop detailed test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on functional requirements and business processes.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across WMS modules.
- Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Validate system configurations and enhancements against business requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in testing warehouse management systems.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and workflows.
- Proficiency in creating test cases and test documentation from scratch.
- Familiarity with test management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
