The Vice Principal plays a pivotal role in driving academic excellence and administrative efficiency at the Faculty. This key leadership position is responsible for overseeing the effective management of classes, examinations, and training programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Guide department heads and teachers to optimize infrastructure and human resources through strategic planning.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of student information, including essential details about studies, rules, schedules, and guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional enrollment processes.
  • Maintain regular updates on the university website and MIS regarding teaching, learning, staff, and academic programs.
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to address challenges and explore solutions.
  • Foster open communication with students to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to prepare for expert committee inspections and organize training programs.
  • Partner with the Admissions Cell to promote the institute's programs through career awareness initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Ph.D. degree
  • Professor/Associate Professor with a total service/experience of fifteen years in Universities, Colleges, and other institutions of higher education.
