Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure curriculum fidelity and academic quality by implementing high-quality lesson plans, teaching practices, and learning outcomes.
  • Maintain operational efficiency with zero major disruptions and consistent compliance with protocols.
  • Develop a stable, high-performing team through recruitment, training, mentoring, and maintaining low attrition rates.
  • Enhance parent satisfaction and engagement through proactive communication, surveys, and timely resolution of concerns.
  • Monitor and improve child learning and developmental progress, ensuring all children meet age-appropriate milestones.
  • Drive enrolment growth through outreach events, open houses, partnerships, and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Guarantee process compliance and audit readiness by maintaining up-to-date documentation, safety standards, and reporting systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in educational leadership, preferably in early childhood education.
  • Proven track record of driving academic excellence, improving student outcomes, and building high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex educational environments, build strong relationships, and foster a collaborative culture.
