Transition Leadership Role

As a Transition Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple transitions and executing projects from start to finish. This entails reporting to the transition leader, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering projects within timelines.

  • Manage active transitions and act as the customer's Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all questions, decisions, actions, and updates.
  • Provide support to the project as the first escalation point for internal and customer issues.
  • Drive governance calls and meetings for internal and customer updates.
  • Plan and conduct relevant training sessions for the transition team.
  • Participate in assessments to gauge the training needs of the team.

You will also be responsible for understanding strategic business objectives, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, and creating transition solutions for Requests for Proposal (RFPs)/Requests for Information (RFIs). Additionally, you will identify business cases, define project tasks and resource requirements, and develop detailed project charters, plans, and transition plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and high-quality results.
