Job Title: Software Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled software support professional to deliver exceptional technical expertise and guarantee product reliability.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be adept at diagnosing code issues, and suggest effective alternatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide exceptional customer service by leveraging in-depth knowledge of company products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surpass customer service expectations, ensuring timely communication with customers regarding the status and resolution progress.
  • Troubleshoot installation and testing issues across various programming languages and build environments.
  • Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge base of known issues, workarounds, and solutions to enhance the efficiency of issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of development experience in a customer-facing role with a software company.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Flexibility working EU or US time zone.

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (client and server).
  • Strong knowledge of development technologies: .NET and C#.
  • Strong knowledge of WPF and WinForms.
  • Strong knowledge of integrations such as Azure DevOps.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of WebDriver technologies (Eg. Selenium).
  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems (client and server).

Soft Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with remote troubleshooting methods.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
