Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an exceptional senior full stack developer to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity for an independent contractor to work with our distributed team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a remote team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Attend daily stand-up meetings on Zoom at 9:00 IST to collaborate with the team, share knowledge, and conduct code reviews.
  2. Write well-documented code, follow best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  3. Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to the development of scalable web applications.
  4. Be available full-time during IST daytime hours.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise with the MERN stack, including ReactJS, Typescript, Koa, Express, Typegoose, gRPC protocol, MySQL, MongoDB, JIRA, and Github.
  • Proven experience as an efficient, expert engineer with a strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and AI/ML concepts.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to a fully remote work environment.

What We Offer:

An hourly rate between $18 to $28/hour net to the successful candidate, determined based on skills, experience, and a successful technical interview and background check.
