Job Title: Senior Backend Developer

Job Description:

Telna is a rapidly growing eSIM services platform that simplifies connectivity with powerful APIs, robust B2B and B2C interfaces, and seamless integrations.

As a senior backend developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance RESTful APIs using Node.js and MongoDB.

Key responsibilities include optimizing backend performance for handling large data volumes and high-traffic production environments, developing and maintaining multi-tenant architectures ensuring data policies, security, scalability, and efficiency, designing and implementing microservices-based solutions, ensuring modularity and maintainability, managing and optimizing MongoDB, including indexing, aggregation, and performance tuning, working with DevOps to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of backend systems, collaborating with product teams to build long-term, scalable backend solutions, and writing clean, maintainable, and secure code following industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js and MongoDB.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and system design principles.
  • Experience in building and maintaining multi-tenant SaaS applications.
  • Proven experience handling large-scale data and high-traffic production systems.
