**Job Title:** Experienced Financial Administrator

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Experienced Financial Administrator. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service by meeting high standards of quality and timeliness in all interactions with funds, members, and stakeholders.
  • Complete daily financial tasks efficiently and effectively, adhering to established service levels and quality standards.
  • Maintain operational efficiency while upholding high-quality standards in all areas of work.

**Requirements:**

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • In-depth understanding of relevant Superannuation legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications used in financial administration.
  • Prior experience in data entry or high-volume administrative roles, preferably in a financial services context.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to generate creative solutions to address problems and commit to follow-through.
