Chartered Accountant Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in Financial Reporting and will play a crucial role in managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparation of quarterly, half-yearly and year to date financial results, as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. They will also independently coordinate with Statutory Auditor with regard to finalization of books of accounts, resolving their queries, discussion of audit report and timely closure of audit.

  • Preparation of financial statements: The candidate will prepare stand-alone & consolidated financial statements, notes to accounts and disclosures ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (IndAs).
  • Review and analysis: They will review and analyze trial balances, carry out regular ledger scrutiny and maintaining hygiene of books of accounts so as to generate various reports from ERP and error free.

The successful candidate will also perform various month closure activities so as to timely close periodic books of accounts and to prepare & review monthly P&L along with KPIs. Additionally, they will monitor and stream line various procedures ensuring compliance with RACM (Risk Assessment and Compliance Management).

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, the candidate must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in Financial Reporting
  • Skills: Strong understanding of Ind As and Statutory Compliances, Proficiency in accounting software - ERP and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, Good communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, High level of integrity and professional ethics
