Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished SAP Financial Configuration and Reporting Specialist to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of SAP Financial Configuration and Reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure SAP Financial modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
  • Manage monthly/yearly closing activities, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions.
  • Integrate Financial Configuration with other SAP modules like Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, and Plant Maintenance.
  • Prepare detailed specifications for custom developments.
  • Support internal/external audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing, training, and documentation for end-users.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for production issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Financial Configuration with a focus on Financial Reporting.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Financial Reporting, and Closing.
  • Experience in New General Ledger, Document Splitting, and Parallel Ledger is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Ability to write and validate detailed specifications.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
