This is a full-time position located in New Delhi with no remote or hybrid work options available.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting and consolidation processes. This role will report directly to our Finance Controller.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with GAAP standards (Standalone and Consolidated IFRS).
- Ensuring timely completion of consolidation tasks as per HQ requirements.
- Reconciling related-party balances and eliminating them for consolidation purposes.
- Overseeing the completion of quarterly and annual statutory audit activities within deadlines.
- Preparing reports and analyzing financial metrics for all plans.
- Ensuring new accounting pronouncements are appropriately applied across the company.
- Creating management reports and providing effective analysis of P&L, B/S, and cash flow to our Finance Controller and CFO.
- Implementing digital financial MIS solutions and driving process improvements within our corporate finance environment.
- Fostering excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Holding a CA degree.
- Minimum 6-8 years PQE in a MNC Group or equivalent experience with a top-rated audit firm.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrating strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in financial reporting.
- Experience with GAAP and IFRS standards.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in digital financial MIS solutions.
- Able to drive process improvements.
